Ann Collingham is a Board-Certified Licensed Professional Counselor in Nebraska. She holds a master certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (A.R.T.).
She received her Masters of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Ann earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Doane College. She comes to the counseling profession with 20 years of professional experience within the Department of Defense.
Ann uses an eclectic, empathetic, and trauma informed approach, to offer client’s a judgement free space to work through life’s toughest issues. Some areas of concern she has helped clients with include PTSD, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, grief, relationship issues, and life transitions. She provides care to children (6yrs & older), teens, and adults through individual, couples, and family sessions. Along with her A.R.T. certification she is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Along with these techniques, Ann uses family systems therapy, person-centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused brief therapy, and other forms of traditional talk therapy.

Breanna Romero is a Marriage & Family Therapy intern currently pursuing a Master’s degree from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. She earned her undergraduate degree from Concordia University, where she double-majored in Psychology and Behavioral Science. Breanna is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with empathy and insight. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her dog, Juno.
