Hello! I’m Sydney

Life can feel overwhelming at times—especially when you’re trying to navigate challenges on your own. You don’t have to go through it alone.

I am passionate about supporting individuals as they work through life’s challenges, build confidence, and gain a better understanding of themselves. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.

As a former collegiate athlete, I understand the pressure to perform, manage expectations, and push through challenges—even when things feel difficult. This perspective shapes how I support clients in building resilience, confidence, and balance in their daily lives.
