Hello! I’m Breanna

Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when they begin to impact your relationships, sense of self, or day-to-day life. You don’t have to navigate those experiences alone.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move through life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

Who I Work With

  • Children, teens, and adults

  • Individuals, couples, and families

Areas of Focus

I work with a range of concerns, including:

  • Relationship and family dynamics

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Life transitions

  • Communication challenges

  • Emotional regulation

  • Personal growth and self-understanding

My Approach

I take a collaborative, relationship-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that our experiences, relationships, and environments all play a role in shaping who we are.

My work is influenced by:

  • Family Systems Therapy

  • Person-Centered Therapy

  • Strengths-based approaches

  • Cognitive and behavioral strategies as appropriate

I aim to help clients better understand patterns within themselves and their relationships while building practical tools to support lasting change.

Background & Experience

I recently completed my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, where I also earned my undergraduate degree with a double major in Psychology and Behavioral Science.

While my graduate training focused on relational and systems-based work, I am pursuing licensure as a mental health counselor in Nebraska.

During my clinical training, I worked with individuals, couples, and families across a range of presenting concerns, focusing on building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space for meaningful growth.

What You Can Expect

  • A warm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment

  • A collaborative approach focused on your goals

  • Therapy that considers both individual experiences and relationships

  • Practical tools alongside deeper insight

Let’s Get Started

Starting therapy can feel like a big step—but it can also be the beginning of meaningful change.

If you’re ready to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with intention, I’d be honored to work with you.
