-
I founded Prairie Spring Health with a simple vision: to increase access to quality mental health care in rural communities while creating a workplace where clinicians can do meaningful work without sacrificing autonomy, integrity, or balance.
Throughout my life, I have seen firsthand the challenges that individuals and families face when trying to access mental health services, especially in rural areas. I have also seen the challenges clinicians face when trying to provide quality care within systems that do not always prioritize the needs of either clients or providers.
Prairie Spring Health was created to be different.
My goal is to build a practice where clients receive compassionate, high-quality care and providers are supported as professionals - a place where clinicians have the autonomy to practice in ways that align with their values, the support they need to succeed, and opportunities to grow alongside the organization.
We are building more than a therapy practice. We are building a behavioral health organization dedicated to expanding access to care throughout Nebraska while remaining rooted in compassion, collaboration, and community.
If that vision resonates with you, I would love the opportunity to connect.

Prairie Spring Health was founded with a vision of increasing access to high-quality behavioral healthcare in rural Nebraska. While we currently provide outpatient therapy services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, our long-term goal is to develop a more comprehensive continuum of behavioral health care.
As we continue to grow, we are exploring the addition of:
Psychological and diagnostic assessment services
Psychiatric medication management
Expanded specialty behavioral health programs
Increased access to integrated and collaborative care
Additional provider specialties to better meet community needs
Our goal is to create a practice where clients can access a broader range of behavioral health services while allowing providers opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration and professional growth.
We recognize that many rural communities face significant barriers when seeking diagnostic evaluations, psychiatric services, and specialized behavioral healthcare. Prairie Spring Health is committed to helping close those gaps and expanding access to care across the communities we serve.
-
We trust clinicians to practice within their training, experience, and professional judgment.
You have flexibility to determine:
Your schedule
Your ideal client population
Your clinical specialties
In-person, telehealth, or hybrid services
Full-time or part-time caseloads
The therapeutic approaches that best fit your clients
Our goal is to support your success—not micromanage your practice.
-
We believe clinicians should spend their time helping clients, not navigating paperwork.
Prairie Spring Health provides support with:
Insurance credentialing and enrollment
Billing and claims management
Client intake coordination
Scheduling support
Marketing and referral development
Technology and EHR support
Administrative assistance from dedicated office staff
-
While providers maintain independence, you're never alone.
We value:
Consultation and peer support
Ethical and client-centered care
Lifelong learning
Trauma-informed practice
Professional growth
Respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives
We strive to create a culture where clinicians feel supported, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
-
Unlike many practices that offer a fixed 60/40, 65/35, or 70/30 split regardless of caseload, Prairie Spring Health utilizes a tiered compensation model based on active client caseload.
Provider compensation is reviewed quarterly and adjusted according to clearly defined caseload benchmarks. As clinicians grow their practices and increase access to care within the communities we serve, they have opportunities to advance into higher compensation tiers.
Our goal is simple: when providers invest in building a successful practice, they should directly benefit from that growth.

At Prairie Spring Health, we believe clinicians should spend their time caring for clients—not managing paperwork.
We Invest in Your Success
Prairie Spring Health covers the cost of provider credentialing and insurance enrollment. In addition, our administrative team provides ongoing support with credentialing-related tasks, including assistance with maintaining CAQH profiles, managing recredentialing requirements, and assisting with payer-related administrative needs.
Paramount Group & Nebraska Health Partners
Prairie Spring Health has been accepted into Paramount Group IPA and is currently completing Nebraska Health Partners (NHP) contracting, with implementation anticipated in September 2026.
This strategic partnership provides access to:
Competitive payer reimbursement rates
Expanded insurance contracting opportunities
Streamlined provider enrollment processes
Greater negotiating strength through a large provider network
Continued growth opportunities as additional contracts become available
Following implementation, newly hired providers are expected to be added to participating insurance contracts in approximately 30 days, significantly reducing the credentialing timelines often experienced in independent practice settings.
Broad Insurance Participation
Prairie Spring Health is committed to serving clients from a wide variety of backgrounds and insurance plans. Our current and developing payer relationships include commercial insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and government-sponsored programs.
Current participation includes:
Nebraska Medicaid and Medicaid Managed Care Organizations
Medicare
Blue Cross Blue Shield
UnitedHealthcare / Optum
Aetna
Cigna
Medica
Midlands Choice
Ambetter
VA Community Care Network (CCN)
Additional payer participation continues to expand, including ongoing efforts to add TRICARE and future Nebraska Health Partners contracts.
Helping Providers Build Sustainable Caseloads
Insurance access is one of the most important factors in helping providers establish and maintain a successful practice. Through our investment in credentialing support, payer contracting, administrative assistance, and referral development, we aim to help providers build sustainable caseloads more efficiently while expanding access to care throughout Nebraska.
Our goal is simple: remove barriers, streamline administrative processes, and allow clinicians to focus on what they do best—helping people heal and grow.
